The giant puffball is often mistaken for a football from afar, but when looking closer foragers will find a delicious meal. It grows to be around 30 cm tall and young ones are completely white.

The giant puffball has the most progeny of any living thing producing up to seven trillion spores on average. It has been estimated that if all the spores from two generations grew into mushrooms, they would produce something 800 times the volume of the Earth.
The spores where often used by blacksmiths for healing burns.
This mini mushroom is about 3cm tall and is made from a single piece of basswood.

All carvings are made to order and will differ slightly from the pictures.
