The Satan's bolete, also known as the devil's bolete, is quite rare and one of the only deadly toxic boletes that can be found. It is named after the devil for this exact reason. it is quite recognizable with its tan hat and red/orange pores and stem. When cut or bruised the flesh will turn a pale blue.
This mini mushroom is about 3,5 cm tall and carved from a single piece of basswood.
